Mr. Crawford is a transportation planner with over 35 years experience.  The Principal and CEO of Integrated Transportation Finance Group has a broad experience in Transportation Planning and Finance.

In 2010, Mr Crawford retried after serving for five years as Executive Director of the E-ZPass IAG.

Previously, Mr. Crawford served as ED of the SJTA operating the Atlantic City Expressway  and Atlantic City International Airport for eleven years. 

He spent two years with TAMS as a VP.

Mr. Crawford started his career with the NJDOT.  During 16 years he held a number of positions including serving as Assistant Commissioner for seven years.  During that time he played a key role in the development of NJ’s original Transportation Trust Fund.

Recently, he has served as an advisor to the Washington State Legislature on electronic tolling and on Governor Christie’s Transportation Transition Team.

Mr. Crawford has been a frequent speaker at IBTTA and other industry groups.  This will be his last presentation as ED of the IAG.

He holds advanced degrees from Rutgers University and the University of Southern California.
